That is what I bring when I show up as your Owner Wingman. Not a program with a rigid agenda. Not a framework you have to follow. Just someone who has been where you are, understands what you are carrying, and shows up ready to help you work through whatever is most alive in your business right now.

What does working together actually look like.

We start by me getting to know you and your business. No assessment battery. No intake forms with fifty questions. Just real conversation.

From there we work on whatever matters most. Decisions you are wrestling with. People challenges keeping you up at night. Blind spots you cannot see because you are too close to it. Growth opportunities you are not sure how to grab.

I have playbooks and frameworks. Plenty of them. But I pull them out when you need them. Not because it is week three and that is what the program says to do.

Some sessions feel like strategy. Some feel like two business owners at a whiteboard working something out together. Some feel like the honest conversation you have been needing to have with someone who actually gets it.

Here is what the Owner Wingman includes.

Two one on one sessions per month with Brandon. 60 minutes each. Virtual. We work on whatever is most alive for you right now. No agenda imposed on you. You bring it. We work through it together.

Monthly group session with all Owner Wingman clients. Once a month I bring all my Owner Wingman clients together on one call. No curriculum. No agenda. Just a room full of business owners who are all doing the same hard work. Talking through real challenges. Learning from each other. Supporting each other.

Some of the best insights my clients get do not come from me. They come from another owner in that room who went through the exact same thing six months ago and figured out a way through.

This session is optional. But once you are in it you will not want to miss it.

Direct access to Brandon between sessions. If something comes up and you need to think it out before your next session you can reach me. Not 24 hour on call. But real access to a real person who knows your business and will respond.

The Investment.

$1,500 per month.

Three month minimum commitment.

The three month minimum is not about locking you in. It is about giving the relationship enough time to work. Real trust takes time. The best work happens after we know each other.

One thing I want to be direct about.

Most of the time I won’t tell you exactly what to do.

I am going to help you figure out what you already know but cannot see clearly right now. I am going to ask you the questions nobody else is asking you. I am going to tell you what I see even when it is not what you want to hear.

Sometimes I may be very direct and tell you what to do. I will pull out playbooks and frameworks when you need them and help you implement.

Coaches ask great questions and help you discover your best answers.

Consultants share best practices and help implement them.

I wear both hats. Just not usually at the same time.

That is the type of relationship I wanted with my coaches and consultants when I was in the owner seat.

So sometimes the most valuable thing I bring is simply this. Someone who has been exactly where you are sitting across from you saying I know what this feels like and here is what I see.
